Hotel and scope
This website concerns Albergo Ristorante Fabrizio di Maria Tecla Ostan, via delle Orate 5, 30021 Caorle (VE), Italy, VAT number 00821600277. Contact: +39 0421 81448 or info@albergoristorantefabrizio.it. These conditions describe direct enquiries; specific stay conditions depend on the selected rate and your agreement with the hotel.
Request and confirmation
Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee a room. The receipt screen and reference code acknowledge registration, not confirmation by the hotel. As explained during the online process, call the hotel to obtain confirmation. Before committing, agree on dates, guests, accommodation, total price and applicable conditions.
Prices and payment
Read the rate summary for amounts, currency, included services and payment conditions. Any excluded visitor tax or additional services must be clarified before confirmation. No payments or card details are collected online. Any advance, deposit or guarantee, its nature, amount and conditions must be communicated by the hotel before agreement. Do not send card details in forms or messages.
Changes and cancellation
The selected rate and agreed conditions apply. Not every rate allows free cancellation. Booking management shows available actions and any online cancellation deadline. Contact the hotel if an action is unavailable. Late cancellation, no-show, early departure charges and refunds must be covered by conditions communicated before confirmation; this page does not introduce standard penalties.
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to non-residential accommodation contracts for specific dates or periods under Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code. Statutory rights and any cancellation options in your rate or agreement remain unaffected.
Restaurant and experiences
The restaurant form prepares a WhatsApp message; a table is reserved only after confirmation by the restaurant. For fishing tourism and other experiences, clarify availability, service provider, price and conditions before booking. An enquiry does not purchase a service.
Assistance and disputes
Contact info@albergoristorantefabrizio.it or +39 0421 81448 for errors, complaints or assistance, quoting your reference if available. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction provided by law remain unaffected; these conditions do not impose a different exclusive court. The European ODR platform is no longer operational.
