Bookings and rates
How can I contact the property directly?

Does an online request guarantee the room?
No. The request is recorded in the hotel system, but you must call the property to receive confirmation of availability.
Are room rates per person or per room?
Rates are per person per night. The total depends on the number of paying guests and nights selected; rates may vary by date. For example, at €70 per person, two adults staying one night pay €140. Always check the summary before confirming.
Do children up to 12 pay for their stay?
Children aged 0 to 12 inclusive stay without an additional accommodation charge. Enter adults and children separately when searching; select the adult category from age 13. Children staying free still count towards the room’s occupancy.
Why are some room types missing from my search?
Search results show available rooms suitable for the number of adults and children entered. Single rooms accommodate one guest, Double and Superior rooms two, Triple rooms three and Family rooms four, subject to each room’s adult and child limits. For example, a Family room is not offered for two adults.
Can I search for a stay with several rooms?
Yes. Enter your dates and the total number of adults and children, then select multiple rooms from the available options. The summary accounts for the guests allocated to the rooms. Contact us directly for special requirements or groups.
How can I retrieve or cancel a direct booking?
Open the Manage booking page and enter the requested booking details to view or cancel your reservation. Check the conditions attached to your booking; contact the property for assistance or changes.
What if I cannot find availability online?
Check your dates and guest numbers, or try a different period. You can also contact us to ask about alternatives: no search results do not constitute confirmation of availability.
Where can I find arrival and departure times?
Contact the property before your stay to arrange check-in and check-out times or discuss a particular arrival time. Any out-of-hours requirements need to be checked with us.
Rooms and families
Which room types are available?
The hotel offers Double, Superior Double with balcony, Comfort Triple and Family rooms, with options for up to four guests.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning?
Yes. Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV; the Superior Double also has a balcony.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the property.
Are cots or children's beds available for children aged 0 to 4?
No, the property does not provide cots or children's beds for children aged 0 to 4.
Hotel and surroundings
Is parking subject to a charge?
Yes, parking is charged separately and payable directly at the property. Please contact us for the rate.
How far is the hotel from the beach and old town?
Albergo Ristorante Fabrizio is around 200 metres from Ponente beach and around 200 metres from Caorle’s old town.
Which services does Albergo Fabrizio offer?
The hotel offers air-conditioned en-suite rooms, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, paid private parking payable at the property, a bar, Italian breakfast and an in-house restaurant.
Where is Albergo Ristorante Fabrizio?
The property is at via delle Orate 5, 30021 Caorle, close to Ponente beach and the old town.

Apartments and beach
How many apartments are available and how many guests can they host?
There are two apartments: one with 4 sleeping places and one with 5. The 5-place apartment has two bedrooms, a sofa bed and two bathrooms.
Is a beach place included with the apartments?
A reserved beach place is included; beach loungers are charged separately. The apartments are around 200 metres from the beach, close to Caorle’s old town.
Is a beach lounger included in the price?
No, beach loungers are charged separately. Please contact the property for the rate.
What does the reserved beach place include?
Guests receive a reserved place on Caorle’s Ponente beach with one sun umbrella and two loungers. Loungers are charged separately.
How far is the beach from the accommodation?
Ponente beach is around 200 metres from the hotel and around 200 metres from the apartments.
Restaurant
Is the restaurant open to guests who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes. Ristorante Fabrizio is open to the public; contact the property directly to book a table.
Is the restaurant suitable for families and groups?
Yes. It has a genuine family atmosphere, welcomes families with children and organised groups, and offers an air-conditioned dining room.
Gaya fishing tourism
How many people are required for the Gaya experience?
The experience is reserved for organised groups of 10 to 13 people and must be arranged directly with the property.
What is the Bragosso Pianedo itinerary?
The trip leaves from Caorle’s Saetta canal, sails for around two hours to the Terzo Bacino casoni, includes a local fish lunch and returns at approximately 4:30 pm.
Business and groups
Are business stays and organised group stays available?
Yes. The property welcomes business stays, professional trips, extended stays and organised groups with tailored proposals.
Does the restaurant welcome organised groups?
Yes. The in-house restaurant also welcomes organised groups; arrangements and availability must be agreed directly with the property.
